How can I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards

Payment is made at the Internet check out, which can be accessed through your Internet shopping bag icon.

Remember, you can still change your mind at the checkout as to whether you wish to continue with the purchase.

If you are paying with an international credit or bank payment card, you may be subject to an additional administration/handling fee and/or any other charges that may apply by the credit card company or bank who will also determine the currency conversion rate applicable at the time of the transaction.

We are unable to provide any guidance on currency conversion and card charges that may apply.

When do I give my payment details?

Payment is made at the 'Order Summary' page, which can be accessed through your Internet shopping bag icon. You can still change your mind at this stage.

Payment is only made when you click to 'Place your Order'.

When will I be charged?

The full purchase price will be charged to your card upon placement of your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

If you’d like to return an item, you may please notify on our website or contact by email at: wecare@zufi.ca within 7 days of receiving your item.

If a customer is not satisfied with the product purchased from us, they may return or exchange the product subject to the conditions mentioned herein.

We will take it back for exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Returned product should be accompanied with the original sales invoice.
  2. Returned product should be sent or brought, in its original packaging and original condition in all respects, and along with all accompanying items related to the product, such as accessories, cables, manuals, promotional items, bundled offer items etc. Zufi reserves the right to determine the condition of returned items and accordingly to decide at its sole discretion whether to accept the product for return or exchange.
  3. In case a customer want the product being returned or exchanged to be collected, may be charged additionally for the collection of the product, and if applicable, for delivery of product in exchange. The charges for collecting/redelivering the product, as the case may be, will be informed to you beforehand.
  4. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment, in case of cash on delivery Refund amounts will be paid by Cheques in favour of the Buyer (As per registration details provided by the Buyer) or transferred to the designated Bank account of the Buyer.
    Refund will be made in CANADIAN DOLLORS only and shall be equivalent to the transaction received in CANADA.
    Refund will be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Zufi in case of any misuse by Buyer.
    Refund shall be subject to Buyer complying with Policies.
  5. Return, Refund and Exchange Policy is only applicable within United Arab Emirates. Return, Refund and Exchange claims will not be entertained for products taken out of United Arab Emirates.
  6. Any claims made seven days after receiving the product will be subject to the Warranty terms of the respective product and cannot be claimed within the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
